Describe the job once. Text one link. Compare real quotes.

ScopeLink turns one small repair or renovation into a clear packet: measurements, photos, materials and who does what. Contractors you already know open it on their phone and quote it, without another walkthrough for a job that did not need one.

Free while in pilot. Your contractors need no account and no app.

35 seconds, with sound. The bathroom footage and the voice are AI-generated. The app screens are the real product, shown with made-up demo data.

How it works

  1. The measuring step: 8 feet by 10 feet equals 80 square feet, with a 10 percent material allowance shown separately as 88 square feet to order

    Describe it once

Plain questions, one step at a time. You measure, and the app shows its arithmetic: 8 ft × 10 ft = 80 sq ft. A photo checklist tells you which shots help and why. “I don’t know” is always an allowed answer.

  2. The packet a contractor sees on a phone, with buttons to submit a quote, ask a question, ask for a visit, or decline

    Text one private link

You copy a link and send it yourself to contractors you chose. They read the scope on their phone with no account, then quote it, ask a question, ask to see it first, or say it is not for them.

  3. Two quotes side by side, one fixed price and one conditional, with a note that they do not cover the same things

    Compare what each quote covers

Quotes line up item by item. A missing cost shows as unknown, never as free. Nothing picks a winner for you, and nothing is agreed until you and the contractor both confirm the same scope and start dates.

If you own the property

  • One packet per small job: a bathroom floor, a bedroom to paint, a vanity to replace.
  • Your street address stays private until you release it to one named contractor.
  • Someone at the property can take the photos and measurements through a helper link that shows nothing else.
  • Change the scope and every earlier quote is marked as needing reconfirmation.
  • Switch a link off whenever you like.

If you are the contractor

  • Read the whole job in a couple of minutes, from your truck.
  • Quote a fixed price, a conditional price, a range or unit rates.
  • Say exactly what you include, what you exclude, and how you handle each unknown.
  • Ask for a site visit when the job needs one. Some do, and the packet says so.
  • Other bidders never see your name, your questions or your price.

What it does not do

ScopeLink improves quoting between people who already know each other. It is deliberately small.

  • It does not find contractors for you. There is no marketplace and there are no lead fees.
  • It does not take payments, hold deposits or sign contracts.
  • It cannot see inside walls or under floors. Photos do not show hidden damage, and the app never claims they do.
  • It does not size furnaces, water heaters or electrical work. Those jobs are routed to a professional assessment.
  • It does not send messages for you. You text the link yourself.

Try it on your next small job

Set up one job, then send the link to the contractors you would have called anyway.
